Stride & Stroll

Join us every Saturday for the Saturday Stride & Stroll!

Meet at the store at 8:15 AM, and we’ll leave around 8:30 AM. Walkers, joggers, and runners are all welcome.

This free, inclusive event is family-friendly, stroller-friendly, bike-friendly for kids, and dog-friendly for leashed dogs.

Routes are about 3 miles, but you can go shorter or farther, then return to the store for warm drinks and snacks.

We meet in all weather unless noted. We will not meet on the Saturdays of 7MC or the Mankato Marathon.

7MC - Trail Race

This race introduces runners to trail running with 0.7K, 7K, and 7-mile distances—no cutoff times. Friends and family are welcome to cheer, relax with chairs and blankets, and bring bug spray.

The Pub 500 Food Truck will have food available for purchase and plans to accept cards. River Valley Running items will be available for cash purchase.

We’re also looking for volunteers. More information for runners and volunteers is coming soon.

Waffle Runs

Join us Memorial & Labor Day weekends for a special Saturday Stride & Stroll!

Meet at 8:15 AM at the store; we leave around 8:30 AM. Walkers, joggers, and runners are all welcome.

This free, inclusive event welcomes families, strollers, kids on bikes, and leashed dogs. Follow the 3-mile route or choose your own distance.

Afterward, enjoy waffles, coffee, and other treats back at the store!
