This is our usual Saturday Stride & Stroll, but better! Meet at the store at 8:15 AM - we leave around 8:30 AM. Walkers, joggers, and runners are welcome and encouraged to join!

This FREE, social, inclusive event is fun for the whole family; strollers and kids on bikes are allowed. You can even bring your dog, as long as they are on a leash. The pre-planned route will be about 3 miles, but you can go as short or as far as you'd like.

When you return, you can enjoy waffles, coffee, and other treats. This year, Dr. Brenna from Physio Strong will be at the Memorial Day Waffle Run, and Tropical Sno will be at both the Memorial Day and Labor Day Waffle Run!
